Just reading more now. The racketeering charge alone carries a maximum sentence of life. It’s 25yr total for the other two.
And they haven’t discounted the possibility of adding more charges, like arson and drug distribution.
Also they are trying to keep him in pre-trial detention, because he is a serious flight risk.

Exactly. I highly doubt Spiked was full of praise for Greta Thunberg until she said something about Israel doing bad things.

Despite the fact that Just Stop Oil are clearly idiots, part of me respects the statement of doing that in response to longer jail sentences than some violent offenders get, on the same day such sentences were handed down for the same offence.
