I’m so happy for him, I had thought from reading the rumours this morning that he wasn’t picked!
I was just scrolling through instagram stories when I came across Martinelli posting images on his story, of a Brazil squad with his face included 
and I was confused for a second with the Portugese captions, that I wasn’t sure if it was confirmation or a mock up that Gabi made lol, so came here to find out 
It’s a win win if he’s only used as an impact sub which l’m fine with - he will be boosted by the inclusion but have somewhat of a rest at times

He’s also developed considerably over the past 2 seasons and his ceiling is clearly high, attracting consistent praise from one of the top 2 managers in the world over the past decade.
