I really do think we’ve overrated Martinelli a tad. He’s not very good.

Martin Keown > Martinelli

Saka should 100% be left wing instead of martinelli

He has no influence on play, especially against shit teams where his pressing isnt really needed as we are usually in control.

I’d trust saka to unlock a defence much more.

just another striker bummed out wide for lacardi B

He’s good, but only 19 ffs. Inconsistency is very normal at that age, unless you’re Messi.

It’s not like he’s played in the last few games either.

Blame should be going to the more experienced players and also the manager.

Chicharito 2.0?

His best attributes are his speed and determination. His dribbling and passing are not great at all. Needs a lot of work. But at least he looks like he has the character to learn.

Why has he gone missing out of the side all of a sudden.

True. Him and AMN. Even Torreira.
I can see a point for all tbh, not that I necessarily agree though.
Martinelli is an alternative to Auba.
Hector is preferred because he is an actual RB and alleviates the defensive worries of Pepe.
Ceballos being more attacking minded than Torreira gives him the edge.

Arteta resorting to Wenger-style bottling honestly.

I suppose Arteta loves Lacazette up front which pushes Aubameyang to the wing and leaves no room for Martinelli.

Changed the game when he came on, but Arteta left it way too late for him to make more of a mark. Shocking decision to be fair.

Drop Laca for Martinelli

Yeah or Eddie… Laca should have been dropped much earlier given his dire, dire form this year.
