Statistically and in terms of profile he looks like he’s going to be fantastic for us but I remember the last world cup winning stat king CB and his hype cloud sounded awfully similar to Gabriel’s.
I dig how we’re turning into Samba flair FC but I can’t help but wonder if a safer option like Ake would have been the better but for more money- not that it matters once City came in for him.

The club played some mad games announcing this guy. Feels like I’ve celebrated his transfer about 4 times, and as much as I thought I’d be bored by now, the announcement video was very original and got me quite hyped.

Just glad it’s fucking over and now we can focus on the main event - midfielder rumours.
As far as I’m concerned, our defence is now sorted.
No more additions needed. Just sell the shitters and use the academy/youth/cheap AF signings for depth.
