Unfortunately, I’ve invested too much time into this transfer now. I’m all in, balls included. Have to see it through to the bitter end.
Hoping that Gabriel makes his decision soon, or at least thinks about it some more and tells his agent to announce that he is still thinking. I desperately need confirmation that he is still thinking. Critical to getting this transfer over the line imo. Waiting for the next Arsenic or Z update from some random Italian / French shitfuck news outlet.

Hypothetically he finished his season and now he’s considering options. If he’s not mad about joining us that doesn’t mean United or Napoli, or someone else, are his first option.
Although, personally I’m taking all these news with a container of salt… No one can really be certain how far any club is in their negotiations with him or Lille. Maybe the deal with us is already done, maybe we never went past sniffing aroung him and never agreed anything neither with him or Lille, or we agreed terms with one of those parties…
Journalists make for their living with the news they bring to us. Some don’t care and are ready to spit out whatever attracts the clicks… Some are more realiable, like this guy, but you never know how “creative” they can get sometimes with adding something to the old news (without real fresh news) just to attract more clicks.
Fabrizio really knows Gabriel hasn’t decided yet… How? He lives with Gabriel these days and talks with him all the time about his future plans and life? Of course the clubs and the player are trying to keep this kind of stuff as discreet as possible. I reckon getting to this kind of close, you could say personal, information is pretty hard to say the least. 
Btw. Just go back to last year. I think after the Pepe deal someone, quite reliable (can’t remember who atm), reported how the deal was agreed way before the news exploded worldwide (basically at the start of the window), but all parties agreed to keep it quiet. While we were arguing about Zaha all that time, how far the deal progressed, what’s Palace’s asking price etc etc…
