Not if you can SEE that your CB is right there about to clear the ball.
Either call for the ball so he can move out the way, or stay away.
If Gabriel heads it away we’re still defending a likely 2nd phase, so Raya catching is the right outcome.
Yes I agree some of the blame is on him for the communication for sure, I’m just saying 100 % on him is bollocks.

Finally saw the highlights. I thought he got very lucky on that Spurs disallowed goal. I would be furious if that happened up the other end and we had it chalked off.

Really not a big fan of his reaction to that ‘push’ for their disallowed goal.
He tried the same thing against Newcastle and failed, could have happened again. Just clear it and you’re fine.
