These stats astound me everytime I see them because if you really focus on him during these games he stands still in a certain spot or walks about the field for the majority of the game.
It doesnt seem possible for him to be at the top of stat sheets when you see how he has been playing.

Disagree. If Liverpool coped with a specific opposition tactic well in a specific game, and we failed to provide a response when faced with similar tactics, there’s something we can potentially learn there.
Liverpool being generally shit this year doesn’t mean that we can’t take notes relating to a very specific in game circumstance they handled better than us.

Well, Everton played really well on the day and had the Goodison Park support as well.
It’s a whole different game for me.
Not to say we weren’t subpar om the day but Everton probably played the best game of their season that day and I doubt they outdo that performance this season.
Btw, was checking the home and away tables respectively yesterday and Liverpool have actually done really well at home all things considered. Only City, Arsenal and Man Utd have done better. Anfield still very much a fortress. Their away form is what has actually cost them big time this season. They’re 15th in the league if you only consider their away games this season.
