Only club I can think of is Wrexham but they would have played in the old European Cup so 
I was thinking Wales too, but was thinking Barry Town or TNS, both of whom I remember playing CL football in qualifying rounds in the 00s. I think TNS played Liverpool after Liverpool beat Milan in the final the previous year but failed to qualify domestically. Not sure if TNS were ever in the English football pyramid though, I think they might have always played in the Welsh league.
