Itās a negotiation tactic. First of all itās very well possible that Arsenal know we have a gem and refused to play him as not to tip off other teams to how good he is. We might have the upper hand because of that, if Balogunās team know that we might have messed with his value in not playing him then they are asking for what heās worth. At the end of the day itās kinda difficult to tell without have the insider knowledge.
We didnāt score a goal from open play for about 10 games, lacazette and auba missing open goals left right and centre. If thatās thatās case then thatās proper smooth brain stuff.

Yeah i mean itās farfetched, but yeh maybe Balogun just really believes in himself and is trying to extract the maximum contract from us. Wonder what heās being offered from other clubs.

The young players who are making a difference in the senior team they are the ones who deserve a higher wage .
