On the pen. You donât need to see your arm/hand to know where it is, or even follow the ball with oneâs hand as a keeper would attempt a save, in relation to where the ball may go. Grealishâs arm goes up, down and back up again. They know what theyâre doing by blocking the channel. Gabriel was guilty of it against Liverpool.
You can argue that they shouldnât be penalties, which is fine, but what matters is the law is applied consistently.
I could guarantee that if the law was rewritten theyâll be decisions which wonât be given which the same people think then should. We all know grealish would be screaming at the referee for a pen there
BBC coverage salivating over the City setup and money spent.
Shameless.
Tbf heâs drawn a line on Hillsborough in the past. He dislikes united like many others on here but never referenced Munich.
Iâm sure. Iâm not questioning that he thinks Hillsborough was a terrible thing.
All I said was I was surprised to see him being the one to highlight the shirt and call it out, given his well established attitude towards Liverpool.
Itâs totally separate though. Surely.
When I started in 2006 City were just some random mid-table club that Joey Barton played for.
I like things better that way.
Football sucks.
Iâm not sure why weâre the ones having this conversation while heâs sitting there waiting to press the like button, but I wouldnât have thought heâd be actively looking for a way to come to the defence of people heâs been very clear he hates. Evidently he was.
Definitely. Itâs plain to see and a discernable difference.
Iâm pretty sure youâve referred to scousers as actual vermin in the past, which is, as Iâve just said, why itâs surprising to see you actively searching for an opportunity to leap to their defence.
I donât like Scousers, more so in a footballing sense.
Iâm adult enough to recognise a tragedy and know when football isnât football.
Youâre the one who, seemingly, canât see the difference now.

The abuse you direct at scousers on the regular goes beyond football on many occasions so I think perhaps you need to have a look at yourself if you think you have football and real life so distinct on this matter.
I have no issue discerning the two and I really donât have anything to prove to you on that.

I have no issue discerning the two
You clearly do, because youâre still trying to weirdly justify yourself.
Oh great, now Guardiola is here sprouting his stuff to the panel.
Yuck.

He couldâve worn a suit FFS.
Graham/Wenger wouldnât be caught dead in a hoodie @Ashgooner1
Shouldnât even be talk of a treble, we should be sitting at Premier League champions.
Shit sport.

Your own fault for continuing to watch tbh
You make a valid point, switching it off.
Nope ! It just shows you how badly standards are slipping and falling Hills
I literally canât be doing with for much longer .
Iâm falling out of love with the game .
