Klopp is taking the p. He’s not even trying to disguise the fact that he hates domestic cups. He’s put this third rate team out because he knows Everton have been a little shit and be doesn’t want to risk a draw/replay.

I don’t get how this Liverpool side can be considered in the same breath as the likes of Man United in 99 or the Invincibles when those teams took every game seriously and professionally

This isn’t Liverpool’s 3rd team, the team vs Villa in the league cup was far worse. This team is even better than the one we faced in the league cup in which we conceded 5 goals.
