Eddie was moving towards our goal anyway. Being barely offside just made if more difficult to get to that ball.
And Martinelli gets injured on top of that.

City player interfering with the keeper doesnât get offside the other week, but a side pass intended for a defender that gets intercepted and as a result puts finds our striker is flagged off. Prem refs are absolutely clueless wankers.

no this is the exact reason for that rule. otherwise you leave a guy 30y offside and when you win the ball you just try to hit it so that it graces an opponent before going to your offside guy. and the opposing player needs to be allowed to try and block it. if it goes to your offside player it isnât intentional
Youâre talking about a player kicking the ball off an opposition player. Thats not what happened. Tough shit if your block backfires. Do a better block.
