Euro 2020

Wow, no Portugal

Yes, no.
A declined Ronaldo can’t save their asses.

To be fair, they’re in the group of death, if they lose to both France and Germany, then they might struggle to be one of the best 3rd place teams.

Agree, I don’t think 3 points (one win) can get them into 2nd round

Iuck doesn’t happen that much, and not with an aging Ronaldo

Portugal have some good players nowadays.
They won the last major competition in UEFA Nations League.

Does Kyle Walker play as the RCB for England?

As James really put down a marker for that slot tonight

You joking mate. That long throw in got Southgate salivating at the mouth.

James for me is a starter. Kyle Walker isn’t good enough for City or England. No way he starts at the Euros.

Every day France prop, I really want a repeat of WC 2010. :syringe:

I always had a feeling that Rooney would have had a better career if he started off as an attacking midfielder rather than a CF

The only thing I’m not looking forward to in this tournament is the group stage simply because with most teams going through it feels a little flat. I feel like UEFA, having expanded from 16 teams should have just gone the whole way up to 32.

Other than that, really up for it. Wales and Scotland being there too gives it a nice flavour from the British perspective. Although, if Scotland beat us I will have to go and live in a monastery or something to escape @Calum :joy:

Don’t worry, they’ll get there.
