You still credit him for something at least which is a great achievement by one of you anti-musk boys.
Let’s (wrongly of course) assume this is his sole skill. It still makes him an exceptional person with an incredible business acumen and passion for what he believes in.
You shall agree then it is thanks to Musk that electric auto’s have become a viable option for the future. Tesla was a flailing company almost bankrupt until he stepped in. He poured in his own money to keep it afloat and turned it around. Before Tesla we had hybrids but nothing which was 100% electric and decent.
Space X almost bankrupted him where he again put 100 millions of his own money and he turned it around.
He has a keen eye for talent and gets shit done at his companies with a fraction of the workforce. Efficiency.
Fine. But it isn’t what you’ve said or being saying previously.
There was a perfectly good electric car in the 1990s by the way, GM just decided to shelve it because in all likelihood they got pay offs from the oil cunts. Check out a film called Who killed the electric car. The industry always had the ability to produce these things, without doubt Tesla moved things forward though.
Come on man. You can find many posts where I say Tesla is the reason all other carmakers are making EVs now (because they see it’s the future now) and playing catch up. Tesla is the reason EVs are mainstream and becoming a viable option for the future. Across the topics on this I have stated it many times.
@Forever for someone critical of US hegemony you have a glaring blind spot when it comes to the most fundamentally negative aspect of American culture—unchecked corporate greed and the worship of the ultra wealthy.
Repeating absolute falsehoods like ‘thanks to Musk electric autos are now a viable option’—you waffled on this point btw—makes it clear that Musk has a cult of personality of which you are an elite member.
You play defense for a cringelord rich guy who in all likelihood despises your very being and would sooner use your remains as fertilizer to terraform Mars. It’s pathetic.
It’s a shame nobody is buying them only people who have access to the infrastructure and those who know nothing about cars. Tesla cars are just glorified laptops on wheels and overpriced compared to any other EV.
Granted electric vehicles may be the future but right now it’s a long way off. I’ve done so much research over the past few months as I was thinking about a plug in ev hybrid, but after looking at all the manufacturers, speaking to salesmen the future of the infrastructure and the actual manufacture and sourcing of materials there’s no way I’m investing in ten’s of thousands in one especially a soulless overrated nerd mobile.
Yeah I think in the context of a guy who boasts about being a “real” man and broadcasts such gross views about women that it’s fair game and really funny to go after his penis size.
Falsehoods are repeated by you and your buddies. Over and over again.
No other automaker did what Tesla did and that is make EVs successful and the future. This is simply acknowledged by most people, even those critical of Musk and Tesla.
Before Tesla made EVs commercially successful and made all other serious automakers diversify their vehicle options including EVs, there simply was no other carmaker doing it nor trying to do it on the scale and success Tesla did it.
There is no need to deny it. Unless of course you want to keep making a fool of yourself.
Have you seen the rest of the cars on the list? It’s a list of cars for anyone who doesn’t like cars.
I know you are heavily invested in Tesla but where I live It’s a pointless exercise and any proper car enthusiast are gonna give them a miss
@Forever nobody cared about musk before Twitter, and now the lefties that has lost control has activated the two minutes of hate, no matter what you say it won’t change they minds.
