You literally can’t play against the AI on normal sliders. They score or hit the woodwork with every shot, it’s fucking ridiculous.
Not sure if Konami have rigged PES 2021 to absolutely suck so that people buy into their new model.
I’ve been playing with the updated option file but the game has become genuinely unplayable. Half the time my team will be fine and then randomly for 15-20 game stretches, they will literally miscontrol the ball on every single touch, overplay every pass, never win a header, get engaged in the stupid jostling and it’ll be impossible to get the ball off shit teams like Sunderland.
Finally reached the end of my wits with it today and just deleted the game lol

Yeah I tried it out. One authentic match (they only allow it to be 5 mins long, superstar difficulty) and one ‘Dream Team’ game online. I enjoyed it tbh but they have to force some illogical AI behaviours in order to keep the game flowing which will piss off PES loyalists and isn’t ideal visually. Found it really fun to play though and looking forward to more modes and master league becoming available.
Btw superstar difficulty on eFootball seems nowhere near as challenging as it is on PES.
I’ve gone back to PES 2021 season update, as Fifa is just unrealistic trash.
Is eFootball ever going to bring out Master League?
Two and a half years they’ve had for this fucking game and it’s still a demo kind of game. The menu UI looks like shit and what’s with the vomit kit Messi is wearing. Dia-fucking-bolical.
Will try out the gameplay later, the only thing to salvage this abomination.

Yeah I’m still jamming 2021 with the PES Universe patches cos FIFA is just straight up unplayable on single player.

Been playing Dream Team a.k.a MyClub a.k.a Ultimate Team.
It’s been more fun than I anticipated. Got a banging team already (PES21 players receive tons of bonusses from the get go).

Yeah I usually use PES universe but havent seen much online about a new updated option file with all the leagues and transfers etc. Was trying to get confirmation before I get a new subscription haha
