The BBC guy who replaces him will probs be fed the info from Arsenal now. Orndog is on the outside. No doubt I will pray at the alter of his replacement, but for now, I will mourn.

Where do you think Ornstein is going? Itā€™s not like heā€™s joining The Athletic to go cover the Portland Timbers. Heā€™s still going to be in London. Heā€™s still going to be covering Arsenal. Heā€™ll just probably be more active on Twitter now if The Athleticā€™s other writers are any indication.

By the way, it would be funny if they hired Watts to replace him.

Honestly, as shit as weā€™ve been buying any players, this one probably makes up for it all. We have such a technically weak midfield itā€™s almost inconceivable how a club that wants to be known as a big club, has let their level slip so far.

If this pushes Xhaka to the bench, I honestly would feel fine going in to next season with our current team and having our youth be the additions on the wings.
