Our winning run comes to an end. In a way, the draw might not be the worst thing to happen to us as now the team will have to focus and concentrate a lot harder for Liverpool next weekend. Another win mightāve just papered over the defensive cracks.

Itās a bugger when you canāt win when the other team canāt score without penalties.
Fair result with the handball in our second but we could have been sharper in our counter-attacks at 2-1. There were some opportunities we fluffed on the break.

Honestly not particularly disappointed with that after a game Monday and an away European tie on Thursday.
Hoping for a very second string Wednesday night and nice and rested for a big test next weekend.

Reverting to the weird, ugly gameā¦ I guess after Thursday in Europe, some understanding is in order, but this does feel a bit like regression to mean and āluck finally running out.ā
They had way more chances and our goals were both very closeā¦ our team defending was pretty good throughout but then let down by 2 really terrible defending errorsā¦
