Criteria for success

Winning the league until 2026. If a club with Arsenal’s structure and everything can’t do that than everybody - the board in the FIRST PLACE and the manager failed.

Simple. As. That.

I think we are a club that has massive support and, unless something like continued bottom half finishes with unattractive football happen, we will always have loyal support.

When Kroenke bought us, we were one of the most profitable clubs in Europe, with a new stadium, a massive waiting list for season tickets, a history of success and a manager that could achieve CL football without the club having to invest heavily.
This was ideal for an investor that was only interested in profit.

For us to compete with Man City, Man U, Chelsea and Liverpool would mean getting the best manager we could and spending heavily to turn this, mostly, inadequate group of players around.

But for us to compete with the next level tier of clubs, like spurs, Everton, Wolves, Leicester, etc, is more the level that Kroenke is happy to invest in and that’s what I think he wants.

With minimal outlay he can still rake in the money, while telling supporters that we are ambitious and can compete with any other club, while sitting back and watching the profits roll in.

So we’ll continue to have a loyal support unless we’re too shit? That doesn’t sound like loyalty
