If anything he may end up depth to cover some RB which Partey did last year, some CB so Saliba gets some rest and perhaps some minutes where Tomi should play but wont. And hopefully at a cheap price with plenty of potential.
I’ve got no issues with the deal provided we get the attacking signings done now.

I’d love for him to come back but there has been zero info since he had the knee surgery in February and he basically hasn’t played football for over a year now. I think anything we get from him is a bonus but we’re probably not counting on him at all.
Contract up next summer, not expected back until end of year, even then it’ll take him time to get up to speed. He’s done here.
