That’s odd. My dad’s a leukaemia survivor and he had his vaccine jab two weeks ago…
Yeah, I saw that. The story is here
But as has been stated, testing in that area is lacking, so it’s up to the parents if they want to take the risk – and therefore the government can’t be culpable ![]()
It’s such a tough situation.
“Pint of coke with a crazy straw and a packet of pork scratchings please guvnor”
Hmm interesting, her step mum lives in the US though and as far as I know it was a rare type of leukaemia, so that might change
That idea looks like it’s been thought up by someone who’s had a few too many and written it on the back of a beer mat.
Terrible reporting today in the press giving out miss information on pubs, holidays, .
Long way from any of this and relying on a perfect storm is to unrealistic.
Ffs be happy and hopeful on the vaccine for now.
Had my first jab on Thursday… Feel absolutely fine
Same here, feel great, I did get pretty tired on Thursday evening, but apart from that, all was really good…
This is a very interesting read on the UK approach for anyone interested;
I had Pfizer
What Macron is doing instead of vaccinating his citizens. Then crying about the UK and the AstraZeneca vaccine ![]()
Dumb cunt. Napoleonic syndrome without any of the talents of Napoleon.
Sigh
I just don’t fucking get it. Shut the fucking borders. Any cunts fucking off to Dubai can stay there at their own expense.
Anyone well off enough to be travelling by air for work/business can go a few weeks without getting on a fucking plane. Just fucking stupid and selfish by everyone. Those in charge and those travelling. Get fucked.
"Actually, Sage (the Scientific Advisory Group on Emergencies) did not recommend a complete ban and they say travel bans should not be relied upon to stop the importation of new variants.
“But we do have one of the toughest regimes in the world.”
This I found the most weird reading the article. If you want to prevent something entering the nation the easiest way seems preventing arrivals in the first place (with the obvious exemptions for food and medicine…).
Well this is the kind of thing it’s going to take. Breaking these rules and going off the radar is potentially a matter of national security at this point. It’s just a shame how few countries it covers.
I’m here to just read the comments section
This is actually decent no? I’ve been a massive critic but seems to be viable
Nobody is doing ten years in prison for that.
