i suppose he can play there…i thought he mainly came off the wings? I suppose he can play across the front line.
Kinda, yeah.
He can play across all 4 positions in a front 4.
I haven’t followed RBL or Bundesliga much at all this year but his assists have totally disappeared this season and his advanced metrics (npxg+xa/90) are way down from last year. Even just looking at non-Bayern players, Werner, Thuram, Muani, Lindstrom, Diaby, Moukoko, and some guy named Gregoritsch are all ahead of him in npxg+xa/90.
I rate him but given the uncertainty about his best position, the possibility that last year was a bit of a fluke but the fee and wages will reflect that year, and the Bundesliga transition there is some pretty high bust potential in the PL.

Not much I’d imagine. Gvardiol and Nkunku are move Chelsea have been working on since the summer.

this would be a very decent signing but in recent years they have had a load of high profile attacking players flop

Very good signing unfortunately. Not sure Nkunku and Havertz can both exist in a Chelsea team though. Sterling, Nkunku and one more upfront is quite tasty.
Hudson Odoi to come back maybe as well.

Is it tho? Nkunku is basically another Havertz type guy, not sure he would get that type of role at Chelsea.

Is the issue Havertz’s profile or that he was massively overhyped?
It’s the same with this Jobbe guy right now. Technical players that are good at an array of attacking outputs and then the Prem teams buy them, wanting to play a specific role and it doesn’t seem to work.
