I donāt think this is because heās a celebrity. Judges very rarely adequately punish driving offences. Exact same scenario here too.
This mofo needs to be put behind bars cause repeated speeding tickets/penalty points havenāt made a difference. Heās obviously too much of an idiot to understand any other language. Needs to be put in his place. Reeks of arrogance and entitlement.
