Interesting.
This being FA regulations I donât expect they have the ability to impose point deductions etc.
Edit: i suppose in theory the FA could disaffiliate a club but thatâs not really in anyoneâs interest apart from rival fans.

Did the new Chavski owners not refer the club themselves in this regard? I bet nothing happens because it will be lumped on Abromovich and mitigating factors incl. new owners coming forward and sharing evidence so naughty, naughty, make sure you donât do it again
We would lose out on players like Hazard because Wenger wouldnât deal with agents, so although he might have won the moral argument, it was Chelsea than won the trophies.
Well to be fair - if I was the new owner, I would be pissed to be punished for something previous owner did. Especially, considering the deal was brokered by the government so it is governmentâs duty to audit well before the sale
The government wasnât acting as the Chelsea owner. They froze and sold the asset. Caveat emptor very much applied here.
