Bukayo Saka (7)

New deal will be until 2028 apparently.

Sauce?

Daddies brown sauce

I’m more into white sauce.

Slow start to the season considering the high standards he has set for himself so far in his short career. Ideally we will get a quality winger in to compete with both him and Gabi.

Not worried about him cause he is class, but his dribbles and passes aint coming off as smoothly as we are used to see.

There is nothing wrong not being as dependent on him now. His time will come. The issue comes when we keep expecting him to bail us, time after time.

Teams aren’t stupid. It started with double marking, went to triple and sometimes it’s quadruple and beyond. Eliminate Saka and Odegaard and you made our life really hard.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t like we could use them drawing players to our advantage as the rest couldn’t really take over.
Massive benefit of having great ball carriers and passers across the team.

I was worried he may soon start feeling like a big fish in a small pond which would have turned his head. I don’t worry as much about that anymore.
Need to take care of his contract ASAP though. He got a lot of traction in the Euros, very likely the WC will be the same.

Still draws players to him which opens up space for others. Not flying ATM but his time will come. Not worried in the slightest about Bukayo.

No worries either. Kinda good seeing him drop off a bit yet we still play really well scoring lots of goals.

It’s definitely to do with White on RB. They’re improving their chemistry but it takes a bit of time.

We’ll see Bukayo scoring soon.

When was the last time he wasn’t involved in a PL game?

Must be on some 2 year streak where he has played every game for us.

Yeah, we badly need a RW.

Vieira played at RW for U21. So maybe he will get chance there in the first team

Vieira looks much better playing central. Not sure about him on the wing.

Didn’t score until late September last season… hopefully breaks his dock against Fulham.

have no clue how our management has so much faith on him playing wide if that is the case.
this player is a central player from head to toe.
not a bad idea to try him there (wide) but is it a risk too much if they are planning on playing him wide rather than buy a natural wide player?

Needs to be taken out of the team for a bit and used in a more rotational capacity

All the more reason to get back into the market.

Not super concerned about him long term but maybe a bit of a break would help. It’s a long season and we know he’s going to Qatar in November.

Slightly worried about his form

I think we should sell him, he’s clearly useless but we might be able to recover Ā£90m for him

Saka’s just very predictable these days. You know he wants to get onto his left foot. I feel before he used have a bit more burst to get by his man, but it’s just not happening recently.

Still got an assist, but he was below par for 95% of the game
