Hard to believe what he says after what they did at Summerslam. He’s had a couple Wrestlemanias now where he was a doubt and he still made the show.
One less of the same old faces dominating the main event hopefully.

Man, Jey has been getting pelted on. Thought it was just online but it’s slowly creeping into the show now.
It still is online primarily. He’s still getting great reactions from live crowds.
They’ve been teasing a heel turn in recent shows which seems a terrible idea.
I don’t mind him. He’s clearly a character for the kids rather than older fans and they often get a rough ride from certain sections of the audience. He isn’t good enough in the ring but that’s not new among main eventers.

That Cena tournament sounded good in theory until you saw the participants.

Those ECW arena tapings did look shit though tbh, and they quickly lost their charm, so I do agree with that. Everything else is utter nonsense though lol.

He was really something special. It felt like he’d just hit his stride as a top performer too.
I’ve mentioned it before but that whole sequence where he hits the frog splash on Lesnar and wins the title is Cole and Taz’s finest call on commentary for my money.
