Bret Hart Was Quite Good

Well, I’ll admit Sting wasn’t the first one that popped into my head.

I thought there must’ve been some enhancement talent back when WCW was around and somehow made it into a game.

I quickly google the roster of the TNA game and Sting came up so it immediately clicked that it was him.

It had to be Sting. It had to be an old bastard to be in WCW and a AEW game and yet somehow be in TNA long enough to luck out to be in those random games that came out.

RIP Hulk.

One of the greatest. A better place to discuss his legacy

Flawed man but undoubtedly top 3 of all time.

What?!

Heart attack by sounds of it

Fuck. I can’t believe it. I know he did a lot of shitty things but he pretty much kickstarted my wrestling fandom.

Probably the only man to have three of the biggest moments in consecutive decades:

The andre slam
Turning heel
Icon v Icon

I remember how excited I was when I found out he was joining TNA

Surprised the steroids didn’t catch up with him sooner.

Iconic talent, but an all round arsehole by all accounts. Being booed out of the building on his final appearance feels about right.

Man with many flaws, some very unsavoury but a wrestling legend.

R.I.P thanks for creating one of the coolest parts of Wrestling.

I bet he still kicked out at 3.000001 just to be petty.

That match had possibly my favourite call in - just as Hogan dropped the leg on Rock:

JR: “He beat Andre the Giant with that move!”

Then Rock kicks out.

Perfect.

15:38 for the call. The delivery is even better than the line.
