Think I’ve posted this before but this story tells you a lot about Eddie and why he was(and still is) so beloved.
I’ve probably mentioned this before but that whole sequence where Eddie wins the title is one my favourites.
Taz could be so underrated as an announcer sometimes. That bit where Eddie’s going to the top for the frog splash and Taz is shouting “he cheated! Eddie Guerrero cheated with that move!” Followed by “Eddie cheated!” As he flies off the top. I don’t know why but it just absolutely makes it for me. Maybe because it just makes you realise that it’s finally all come together for him after everything.
And I’m not just saying that because Eddie passed away. It was one of my most rewatched WWE moments before that.

He’s probably using shitty fake tan but if it ain’t he should check it out. I’ve lost someone that went through icterus.
It’s so strange. He’s fake tanning but seems to leave the bits beneath his kneepads untanned… So when he pulls it down to hit his finisher with an uncovered knee it’s not been tanned so he just has this white knee lol

@GC-Maniac I’ve not followed it as much recently but seems MVP wanted him in the Hurt Syndicate, Swerve said no, so Shelton brained him… Swerve beat Shelton and Lashley came in and fucked Swerve up.
I was really surprised by how good Shelton has looked, admittedly I haven’t watched him for YEARS, but he’s still really damn good.
