Today wasnāt a normal performance from White. Yes, he was dog shit but this is not his typical level.

Why do we break players until they become like this an then they are of no use to us

I think he still has the attacking ability but his pace and defending attributes are glaringly missing.
He got crucified against City and again today against Southampton.
Yep. Heās had a bad game as anyone can have but heās still a very good RB and anyone who says otherwise is lying

Indeed, I donāt think he had a great game but the reaction is way over the top.
Shit happens. Heās just been called up by England and looked pretty good. He had a decent showing in the final against arguably the best 1v1 winger in the world and did well against Leverkusen too.
Donāt think his body is up to the demands of the league anymore for that position but time will tell. A move back to CB would hide those flaws.
Itās the Arteta way of life. Though I think in Benny Blancoās case, I heard he was hiding severe pain/injuries from the medical team for quite a long time.
I think White mostly looked good, very good, this season. Seems a bit over the top to rule him out because of this one bad performance.
That was an mateur mistake on the first goal though. I donāt think he ever had such a poor horrible misjudgement here.
But his injuries and whether he can stay fit for long enough are still the main issue about him, not some actual drop of quality.
