Camavinga - Rice - Odegaard is far superior to Rice - Tchoui - Odegaard though. The latter would put even more of the creative onus on Martin than we already have.

Yeah, tbf I don’t think we’re in a desperate need of a 9 at all.
Even if we do get Shešsko and he does well, we still have some quuestions about our wingers and our midfield… While Havertz was one of our best players as a 9.
Secsco seems exciting, but he definitely doesn’t solve many of our attacking problems.
Would be much more excited if we get a high profile winger than a 9 tbh.
The 9 market is absolutely dead too imo.

Choo choo was injured quite a lot tho, him, Cama, Fede and Bellingham are certainly their new midfield generation it seems, I think we have as big chance of signing any of them as we do Mbappe.
This has the strong feeling of something fans want a lot more than the club.

I’ve convinced myself that Sesko is our main forward target and that Jesus will revert to one of the wing options. That’ll be that for forward signings.

It’s a no brainer.
He isn’t at development age. He’s at the age where he should be playing elite level football. He’s only got Kai standing in his way from being our main forward. He should definitely back himself to make that position his.
The release clause seems to be at a reasonable price. The problem will be Leipzig want it all up front.
