Obviously Kyrie was huge but he was 23 which isn’t in his prime, also until LBJ returned to Cleveland he hadn’t played a post season minute.
Anyone playing down LBJ winning the chip in 2016 vs the 73-9 Warriors from 1-3 simply has an agenda against him.

Ive never liked the comparisons of LBJ vs MJ because they are two totally different players. Lebron has always been a distributor more than an all out attacker. If Bron had a Kobe mentality he woulda scored 50,000 points lol dood is unstoppable… However if ya look at MJs blocks and steals I don’t think LeBron comes close, and LeBron has played way more games…but in assists MJ is nowhere close either and if ya look at stuff like turnovers as well LBJ has like half the amount and he’s been playing longer and is a primary ball handler. They’re both special talents who deserve a ton of praise as two of the best players the game has ever seen.
I put Kobe ahead of both of them because the Mamba mentality. Doods last game he scored 60 and then went out and won and Oscar a few years later. Nobody is as inspiring, relentless, or as hard a worker as Kobe idc who u are. Mother fucker did his Achilles and went out and shot two fucking free throws lmaoooo, God among men. Kobe doesn’t have the gaudy numbers because he took the back seat to Shaq so early on in his career and was good being the Robin to batman for the first 1/3 of his career or more. Got the 3 chips thanks to that but his overall numbers suffered. Still with the journey Kobe took on his career Lakers fans will always view him as their goat. Magic and Kareem are also honorable mentions, beating the hated Celtics 2 - 1 was massive.

Celtics would have to include either Marcus Smart (plus players and assets), or Jaylen Brown in a trade for Beal. Do they get any better if that’s the case?
With Horford on the team (I know he is not going to play long), importance of Marcus Smart’s leadership will be diminished in certain degree.
Also seems like Tatum-Brown-Smart could not get the results they expected (for whatever reason). It worth a try.
