Answered right there my dood. All the dirt pounders screaming Wenger out and fighting ppl in the stands when all that energy was aimed in the wrong direction. only 11pm here btw lffffffggggg
Hey Mr xG if ur gonna be consistent u shoulda supported Arsene coming out of that 2017 season to improve us the next year based on his xG and xG table results. Even tho we finished at 63 points we were hard done by some bad luck and we shoulda finished very close to top 4. It’s what u think is gonna happen with Arteta
I do think we’d likely improved in 18/19 under Wenger compared to 17/18, still wouldn’t have been enough to get top 4 though.
By the way politician style deflection on the actual question I posed though dude
Ok you do it, I’ll check in every couple of hours on how you are getting on.
I won.
By not having the wits to ask the right questions and directing all the blame to the only person who was doing a positive work at Arsenal.
Making life difficult of the one person who kept us relevant is entirely on fans.
The sentiment at the time was “anyone could do a better job than Arsene” which has since been debunked quite emphatically, I might add.
The year after proved that right by finishing higher and reaching the Europa final. Keep deluding though lads.
And what about the next two? Or those don’t count cuz agenda derppppp
Btw Emery didn’t do better any season he managed us, anyone with a pair of eyes and who isn’t biased could see that.
Have no reason to believe it would of been any better tbh under Weng no.
Wenger fumes still on, just like Wenger “benefitted” from Graham’s defence
Except for 20 seasons straight of consistency and them immediately after he leaves we drop to mid table. Yeah no evidence there at all lmaoooooo
Wenger is big enough reason
I’m aboard the Wenger train, always have been. The man was/has been made a scapegoat for problems that were rooted far deeper than him. I do think something needed to change and thought maybe him going (even though I fully disagreed with it) would have been the catalyst for that change we needed, turns out we are much worse off without him than we are with him.
People can point to doing well in our first season without him but regardless we also sacked the manager that took us through that smll period also.
I’ll worry when we go 9 years without a trophy again.
Only time thats happened in my time watching that.
You don’t think we’re clearly heading that way?
Only been 1 season without so far.
And then Arsene won 6 trophies in the next 5 years
No one gets a 9 year pass at abig club. Moyes got 10 at Everton though. So you know.
How many trophies did Emery win with Arsenal again can u remind me?
Meanwhile we had the record holder for longest unbeaten run in the PL and also the longest unbeaten run in the FA Cup (with a pretty weak team too). Goat shit, but guess we are better off without him
