What’s your mileage for the year mate.

1,664km according to Strava so thats either just above or below 1,000 miles.

Aiming to get to 2,000km by year end.

Great total that. I’ve never done more than 1200 mile in a year.
Your physique suggest to me your a pretty smooth runner and you’ll get a decent break on injuries. Half the battle that.

Yeah agree. Working Saturday night for me, it’s the new going out. Hipster.

I love sleeping in on the weekends.

It’s the only thing keeping me sane.

I’m up generally around 4.30-5 on weekdays but on weekends I have a lie in and get up at 7. And I also have a nap during the day on both Saturday and Sunday.

Just in case anyone was wondering.

Surely you’re not going to leave us hanging on what time you generally have your nap at?

Usually between 12-2 after I finish my morning errands and have my second meal of the day.

Saturday afternoon naps are the best!

We want our Arsenal back!

I don’t think that was a particularly impressive passage of play. A lot of sloppy passing, some poor crosses, and pretty aimless movement.

Yeah Sagna crossing it to their defender in the first 15 seconds summed it up haha

Why is Wenger being treated like some kind of football god now ffs? Since about 2008 he’s been a shit manager. The day he announced he was leaving will only be topped when we next win a big trophy

Because he got that sort of football out of an average squad.
Give him a quality squad and see what he can make them do
