I’m tentatively dipping my toe into the Arteta sea. :grinning:
Like I said, this was a convincing performance against a top team, with a top manager, so I’m starting to get on board.

The problem we have is keeping this group of players fit in a very long season, with a lot of games.
Any injuries to key players, Partey and Jesus in particular, and I’m not sure we have the depth to cover them adequately but if they remain fit then we’re looking at a top four place, or higher.

Lol Robbie Savage just ruined Jeff Braizer on bt score.

He thought it wasn’t a red and Savage said keep knocking on doors and windows Jeff :rofl::rofl:

Savage from Savage

:man_shrugging:

Look he’s serviceable but if you want top level you have to upgrade at the LCB spot. We’re getting away with it atm but people can see his flaws because we’re so stable as a 11 now

It’s fitting that the first game back since we said goodbye to the Queen, who was the most famous Gooner, we won at home, against our biggest rivals, to stay top of the PL.

Prior to today, I’ve been able to watch 6 out of 7 Arsenal’s PL games with my baby daughter in my arms. The one time I wasn’t with her (was at a wedding), we lost to United. Coincidence? Maybe.

Today was another test of her being a good luck charm for the club.

Unfortunately, we were driving and listening to the radio, but we were supporting Arsenal together.

And we won again. Basically, we’re going to do the quadruple this season so long as I have her with me for every Arsenal game.

Are you gonna say goodbye to your praise for Conte and spurs as well?:grinning:

You’re probably going to cramp her style eventually though if you insist on this ritual forever

Baby Hugo has only ever witnessed Arsenal lose once. It’s the first and last time he’ll be wearing his bruised banana onesie swag.

I despise spurs and all I want is to finish above them.
But, whatever happens, Conte is a top manager and spurs supporters are showing their incredible stupidity by saying he should be sacked after a poor performance against the top PL team.

If we finish fourth, Arteta will have done what he was expected of him but if he finishes higher than that, he will deserve all the accolades and I will be happy to be proved wrong. :grinning:

Gooner baby

Good start for the life…
