I’m finding it quite mystifying that our European performances this season have been substandard compared to our league form.
It seems that Arteta either hasn’t got the right idea how non English teams play or that the teams we are playing are really raising their game against us and not showing any fear.
Sporting are having a poor season by their standards and seem to play much better when playing teams who are at a higher standard.
Spurs in the champions league league come to mind.
Sporting are the epitome of game raising cunts .
