Who doesn’t? Eddie isn’t as terrible as your constant harping makes him out to be.

So, who do you think would:

a) come here to be backup
b) have a reasonable transfer cost
c) be an improvement over Eddie?

I’m sure that that player exists, but given the money that would require, it stands to reason there would be less funds available to address other areas on the pitch and that player would cost a lot more than Eddie did on his contract renewal.
