Arsenal Vs Qarabağ FK (UEL)

Attendence looks to be around early 40,000. Certainly one of the quietest nights ever at the Emirates.

It was like this at the Emirates all the time last Spring haha

Saka looks confident. I like.

He’s meant to be a big talent isn’t he?

I’d never heard of him before tonight.

What was the game like?

You know those old Wild Western films, when the protagnist enters the town to a scene where no one is around and the tumbleweed rolls? That’s tonight’s match in a nutshell.

Meh…

As a comfortable 1-0 win as you’re likely to see.

Saka looks excellent. We seem to have some promising wing-men developing!

Training exercise hah

Not the most exciting game to be fair. We were comfortable throughout the game. The only two players for me for us that didn’t look any good were Elneny and Jenko. Personally think both can be sold on in January to be honest. Saka looks a talent for sure, a tricky winger who’s not afraid to go at defenses. Maybe a loan out next season to a PL or Championship team will do the trick.

Personally think Smith Rowe, Wilock, Niektah and Maitland Niles are more then able to see game time over this busy Christmas period and after. I think Wilock and Maitland Niles are more then capable to play a game or two during that run. I like the look of Mendley at the back.

Great to see Kos, Monreal and Ozil get game time too. But we’ve got some great talent coming through and throw in Reiss Nelson, next season could be the year of the youth team coming through.

Thanks Luca from Scotland.

I’m almost certain that’s incorrect. Not that I can disupute with evidence.

Don’t you mean Luca from Scozia? :wenger:
