Yeah, hopefully their recent win will make them a bit more adventurous.
I don’t care if it’s the most ugly 1-0 win with a handball and the expected goals will be 0-10 in favor of United. We need to beat them in what hopefully is going to be a League winning season.

Banana skin for sure. They’ll play on the counter-attack using Fernandes as the creator. I think they’ll run through our midfield, but I still think we have enough firepower to win the game. Can’t afford dropped points 3x in a row if we’re serious about this league.

Tuesday - late Sunday does make it a bit better. I was critical yesterday of not subbing Saka off but when I think about it again this should be enough time to rest up and be at our best against United.

We heavily rotated last night
From our starting lineup - Gyokeres, Rice, Odegaard, Gabriel were rested
I don’t mind Madueke starting over Saka against United. He can certainly deal with Shaw.

Really want to win this and it’s very likely City are only 4 points off us by the time this game comes around.
They’ll be dangerous on the counter but I think they will be more open than a lot of the other PL teams we have been facing too. Think we might win this 3-1.
