I would love to be proved wrong but I feel we have a loss coming up :pensive:

There’s no way anyone can claim that we’re better than City right now. It’s anyone’s game. 1-1 draw and an end to all the highly delusional title talk is what I’m expecting. Although would be a nice confidence booster to beat a top side for our extremely depleted squad.

I think City will win, they’ll turn up cause they see us as their true rivals now.

KBD and the rest of them cunts will by the best game of their lives to win.

We just don’t have the firepower to see these guys off imo.

after the crap of last game PGMOL ‘you won the battle but lost the war’

This just feels like we pushed back and won as regards MLS, but now they are gonna be doubly atrocious with real dodgy officiating for this game and for a long time going forwards. I feel Mancity will win via a really crap decision like KDB gets breathed on in the box oh no it is a penalty.

My thoughts exactly. Too many games, too many injuries, too much controversy of late that we’ve been able to grind through…now we have to face City.

We’re due a loss.

As tired as the team is, I can’t think of many teams they’d be more up for playing than City. Especially after the game up there this season.

Redemption game for all of us, Arsenal.

Remember that fucking ugly twat said? Stay humble.

The same fucker threw the ball to Gabriel’s head as a coward.

That fucking Rodri acted like Kai was a tank and ran through him.

Fucking Oliver gave Trossard a blatant second yellow.

We held on to the last minute and conceded in a very unlucky bounce, with 10 men.

We just need to win this.
Enough motivation.

Reckon we’ll go with Martinelli and Nwaneri on the weekend.

I hope the team are not thinking along those lines.

Don’t fancy this at all. Just got a feeling.

City will need some of the pep special sauce after their scare against Brugges. They had to dig deep the other night.

Fancy us, but nothing new there.

We had two 2-2s against Citys earlier in the season on the same day, looking for two victories this time round.

We had to meet them now, and not when they couldn’t buy a win.

Can see a draw, with hopefully Bournemouth getting a result against Liverpool.

I have a feeling this will be the game where our title challenge ends. Don’t think we’ll lose but a draw is likely and that would be that for another season.

Well I am hopeful of a victory and I hope our squad doesn’t have the defeatest mind set half of OA has.

City have obvious defensive frailties, no reason we cannot get the win. Also City won’t be sitting back with a low block, so there will be spaces available.

I am going 3-1 Win

Yeah, that’s surely the best we can do atm.

More than enough to get the points againt this City side, if we show up and don’t play too much “respectball”.

I just hope we go at them and not play this over the top respect ball thinking they’re prime city.

Other teams have shown they’re still frail even though they’re winning again now, we have to not be scared if we want to win.

Edit - just saw pires said the same thing.
