Arsenal Vs Liverpool (PL)

Sure, but he is generally unreliable.
On his day he’s brilliant but he can be an absolute clown when it’s not.

Holding and Chambers might not be as great at their best but I feel you at least know what you get with them.

Also, would love a bit of this.

Is he?

So who is a better option?

We’re gonna get dicked.

Chambers.

Based on one game?

No, I’ve always liked Chambers. Him doing well against West Ham didn’t really surprise me.
I think he can be top defender if he gets a proper run. He fits the role of a modern centre back like a glove.

You and @Midfield_Maestro are his only two fans.

Ans I swear that is ironically.

I see hope in Chambers too if he can stay fit.

Hahah so when he has had run of good performances in big games this is the mentality from Arsenal fans " due a horror show ".

I don’t love Luiz but this is a blow, he’s better than Mari and Holding etc.

I wouldn’t play Mari, his lack of speed will get badly exploited by Liverpool’s pacey forwards.

What’s annoying about this game is we have my partners mum staying at our house over Easter, she’ll be sleeping upstairs and I have my 75 inch TV upstairs, I will be watching this game at 5am but will have to be a church mouse.

Just like those annoying catch-you-out videos one sends on whatsapp that descends into sex screams.

Team I would pick:
Auba Laca Pepe
Odegaard
Elneny Partey
Tierney Gabriel Holding Cedric
Leno

(Saka to replace Pepe if he’s fully fit)

Kind of team I expect Arteta to pick:
Willian Auba Saka
Odegaard
Xhaka Partey
Tierney Gabriel Chambers Bellerin
Leno

(Saka to play regardless of fitness)

I agree with your team but I’d probably have Ceballos in place of the Egyptian and Chambers in place of Holding.

I agree he’s a better player but my blood pressure can’t take another calamity. Plus I’m quite happy for a more defensive minded player to start in this game, (and then bring on more attacking players as required)

There’s nothing on either game though. Got a phone call for a ten hour overtime tonight. Starting at 8. No brainer. Just took it.

I couldn’t give a fuck Iol there is nothing else to do on a Saturday.

That’s brutal. It’s been two weeks without an Arsenal game and what a conflicting match(West Ham) they left us off with.
Itching to watch us. :joy:
