No, I’ve always liked Chambers. Him doing well against West Ham didn’t really surprise me.
I think he can be top defender if he gets a proper run. He fits the role of a modern centre back like a glove.
What’s annoying about this game is we have my partners mum staying at our house over Easter, she’ll be sleeping upstairs and I have my 75 inch TV upstairs, I will be watching this game at 5am but will have to be a church mouse.
I agree he’s a better player but my blood pressure can’t take another calamity. Plus I’m quite happy for a more defensive minded player to start in this game, (and then bring on more attacking players as required)
