watching pre-match warm up. Our players all looked shit when we do shooting warm ups. The only player who could find the net was Nelson.
Saka/Ode missing goal more times than not. Martinelli being saved and Kai delicately passing into the net.
I do not usually put too much stock into warm ups and like to see players trying to shoot for corners, etc. but the only time I have seen a shooting warm up as poor as what I saw yesterday was seeing Spurs warm up at the Emirates in September 21 when we battered them 3-1. I could not believe how off Spuds and especially Kaneās shooting was in that warm up and it transcended into the game.
Lack of confidence, out of form, whatever we say, sometimes it is really beyond ability.
Rewatched the Luiz Diaz goal, the Mfer did not even look at the goal and aim, but then he scored a good goal, dead corner.
It was a tough lost.
We responded really well after two losses and our players were more aggressive, more proactive, but sometimes you just have to accept the defeat, for whatever reason.
Game plan was good, the flow of the game was good, we just could not capitalize and invite Pool back into the game, thatās it.
