It would be good, but whenever we go in for someone in jan it is mostly always a panic and we get some dross which helps us in no way. Only decent player we got in Jan a long time ago was Arshavin.
Aubameyang has been pretty good. You can debate how smart it was to do the deal but his return is impressive.

Chelsea is a huge game, if we can beat them things wonāt look too bad, providing we donāt fook it up against anyone else.

Completely agree. @jmb27 may have summed it up best by saying the club is penny wise and pound foolish.
We spent a shit ton of money on Lacazette last year and then panicked when he got hurt. We spent years selling our best players to other (bigger) clubs and then when we really could have used the money to reinvest in the squad, we held on to Alexis only to panic and sell him in January. We spent years overpaying our own players and making it impossible to move them on for a profit and then we panicked last January by giving Ozil a tremendous contract.

Good three points in the end, could have easily had 1-2 goals shipped against the run of play from Fulham but we managed to disparage them enough.
Some much needed rest for a few players out there today now.

I think after defeat, itās all just about winning. Iād have taken a fluky 1-0 today.
After losing to man city and Chelsea in the opening 2 games, we beat west ham in a game that could have gone either way. That sparked off a 7 game winning run in the EPL. If we can do something similar until we play Man City at the Etihad in February, weāll be in a much better situation mentally and positionally in the table

I suspect that weāll win the majority of matches we should, and it will come down to what happens when Chelsea turn up. Thatās huge.
Thankfully we donāt have those two Carabao Cup matches to contend with this month, so we can start to get a bit of fitness back.
One notable thing today was that Auba finally got deployed on the right. If Iām not mistaken, I donāt think he had been yet.
Heās potentially much better for us here because we build up on our left so often that him gliding in from the right hand side into open space can be extremely dangerous for the opposition.

Canāt even get starts for Fulham? The guy has played 1600 minutes of a possible 1900 and he made Xhaka look like a chump today bruh 
. Sucks for us we could have had him and Torreira and have a midfield capable of controlling games. With comments like this Iām starting to see what @AbouCuellar is talking about regarding quality of posts around this place. Happy New Year!!
