Or do all nighters. Iâve done then a few times when I go for a big night out in Glasgow. No sleep means you cant wake up with a hangover and are fine for the next day

Did someone say in the week that this would be the first time a team has won the final against the same rival three times? Or something to that affect?
Going for a drink later win a friend who is a chelsea fan so I want to get as much trivia / stats that I can revel in

Always great to win a trophy and after the season we had we needed it. Besides the first 15 minutes, I thought we were the better side. Pepe, Ceballos, Auba, Maitland Niles, Tierney were all standouts but the whole 11 were great. Arteta got it spot on too with his tactics. Just a great day, and Arteta got the âhe hasnât won anythingâ tag off straight away, so the press and anti Arsenal lot wonât be throwing it at him.
We spend right in the right areas and get rid of some of the deadwood, we be on to something with Arteta.

Random gripe but is anyone else disappointed at the lack of decent winnerâs merch? Iâm a big sucker for those tshirts that list the winning squad. I have one from when Lille won Ligue 1, it always cracks me up to see the names. Why doesnât the club do more? Or are they barred because the FA gets to do merch for the cup?
