decent first half. But we just cant deal with the crossing and HOOFING from Burnley. We need to press them higher and more aggresively to stop them from all these braindead crosses into their two lampposts.

Endless overlaps, so much donkey work for would be creative players (must be so frustrating to be a left or right winger in Emery’s system, sooo much donkey work).

Organisation on corners has been woeful. Panic stations every time the ball has come in, players all over the place trying to scramble it away.
Ceballos has been the one spark otherwise a pretty average performance so far. Laca took his goal well but has barely been involved since, same with Auba.
Nelson looks lively each time he gets the ball but he is being marked out of the game for the most part. We seem to be so slow moving the ball forward and coupled with Burnley pressing excellently, no wonder we have struggled.
Hopefully we will see Pepe in the second half - need some unpredictability.

As per usual. I want to believe but we always look so shit for the quality we have in the squad.
