Still can’t quite believe how that match played out. It was electric when that goal went in and for some time after. Wasn’t even in my seat for it. But actually had a better view from the top of the steps. Joy. Relief. Euphoria. But damn they like to stress us. My watch kept buzzing at me telling me to relax.

I only just noticed on this replay the Bournemouth player turning away. He possibly blocks it if he just stands up to it.

Got to laugh at Man Utd fans who complain about ‘Fergie time’

Ahhh on Monday, every football podcast is going into my blood. Already listened to call ins on 606. Loving the saltiness.

And @Trion that Spurs fan “Woolwich score in 8th minute of 6 minutes stoppage time” :syringe: :syringe: :syringe:

Yes my tolerance for football podcasts appears to have gone up significantly this season

All these fans of other teams bitching about 8 mins clearly didn’t watch the game. One of the Bournemouth defenders went down and tried to time waste at the start of added time, hence getting a bit longer. And Nelson scored in the 97th minute technically, with what was probably the last kick of the game.

If there was anything dodgy, it was the 6972436453 handballs by Bournemouth which weren’t called.

@The_Invincibles or anyone else did you see them all? What do you reckon?

Today definitely topped Welbeck’s winner against Leicester, which was pretty special. I’m struggling to recall a better moment at the Emirates since I’ve been going (it’s my 10th season as a season ticket holder now). It was an incredible experience to be there today. I was literally in tears at the end. The noise and the passion from the fans was something to behold, like I said in my reaction after the match:

But they didn’t televise it because they want to save their Arsenal allocation for when we’ll already have won the league and just be doing training sessions.

Well tbf they didn’t know this was going to the thriller it turned out to be when they decided on what games to televise. It doesn’t take away for the experience for those of us that were there. If anything it makes it more special.

Oh I know. My comment was tongue in cheek. I actually said in the Arsenal matches on TV thread a while ago that this run of games, the fixtures, in isolation aren’t TV worthy. And we can’t expect to be on TV every week just because we are top of the league.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing though.

I’m just jealous that I wasn’t there. I used to go to a lot of matches, and now I hardly go because I am working so much.
