Enough of these wishy washy performances of late. Too many good chances have been wasted, stupid goals conceded, this is serious football now.

This is a must win. Put away our chances early and we don’t have to worry about unnecessary last minute drama.

Unai has used the same tactics over several games—sit back and conserve energy and try to get a transition goal and maybe a late goal to win or equalize. It worked against us and Chelsea. Can’t let him execute this.

Sunderland will probably roll over for City so we have to win this. Big six pointer.

This but Gyokeres to start again.

Narrator: But there was in fact, unnecessary last minute drama.

Cash and Kamara will both be substantial misses for Villa. Both among the first names on the team sheet in league matches this year for Emery.

You know that fucker wanted to play Kamara and Onana in the middle together to muck it up. And they really have no other decent RB options after Cash, who gave us a ton of trouble in the last match. Probably Lindelof or Konsa.

Really need to give these guys a thumping.

Beyond annoying that Unai managed such shit ball while he was here and gets his team to play out of their skins whenever they face us.

Low hopes for this game as Arteta seems allergic to counteracting Emery’s gameplan which never really changes.

Can’t let Emery have a good ebening here. He’s had our number for a while now. This game needs to be the one where the tide turns.

2-1 Arsenal.

Do we have any players available for this?!

We have at least 3 players available by my estimation :pires:

Haha we might just about be able to field a bench of subs

We’re at home - we win. Simple. Get Rice back in midfield even if it means MLS at right back.

It’s worth keeping in mind that being in a match like this is something that looked a long way away five years ago.

Us defending a lead at the top of the table against a good team, who we owe some payback and putting them to the test.

Inject it. Looking forward to this one.

Cash being out is big, I couldn’t believe he got himself booked against Chelsea, and we’re at home.

2 or 3-0 should be on the cards, just don’t let the lead slip this time.

Got a feeling we’ll score a couple before halftime.
