Ozil can’t and won’t carry the ball. Auba is ineffective in any position other than the final third. Within the first 6 mins Ozil is already dropping deep to find the ball as it’s not travelling in the final third frequently enough. As I said I hope I am wrong, but I can’t see us having any sort of control in this game and will often have defenders hoofing it forwards.

Yeah as I said I agree with you on the midfield, but we don’t have Xhaka or Ramsey in the squad and Torreira will probably be playing most of the minutes outside of this match from now on, so he wanted to rest him for at least a half I’m guessing.
