Arsenal v Crystal Palace (PL)

Fortunately for us Jordan Ayew and Christian Benteke are rancid footballers. We should be okay.

It’s a positive lineup though and against teams like palace at home that’s the sort of courage a club like Arsenal should have.

I don’t even remember last season. Seems like one long empty blur.

Its been forgotten about along with the other lockdown things.

First game of yours I’ve actually really had chance to watch nearly all season. Apologies if it goes tits up I’ll be a bad omen, and therefore switch off.

Here we go :fire:

I saw some tweet during the weekend. If I remember correctly mid. 90’s and Alan Ball was the opposing manager.

I believe though it’s the first time both managers were former captains. Might be wrong.

It’ll be technical vs hard pressing again. I don’t want to be under illusions like Palace won’t be first to almost every ball. We need to press harder before these games start becoming the solid victories they used to be. Otherwise it’s another game where we’ll have to be quite clinical.

Think Lacazette should have probably started too for more control. We don’t seem to have the dominance to create good openings for Aubameyang.

Hope these lot prove me wrong and undo the lackings at Brighton.

This is a very attacking lineup, I think it will go very well… Or very badly

Pass by Ramdale again

Nice goal.

The absolute state of Auba’s hair, but do not care. Signs of the old Auba there.
