I’m expecting disappointment elsewhere. If Saliba comes back then we’ll only go for a LB maximum or even keep Lopez at the club as back-up. In the middle, we’ll replace Xhaka if he goes. Which, I think he will. Europa Cup gives us a chance to keep some of the younguns at the club.

They beat us to Kulusevski, albeit with Conte as a pull, but they potentially can beat us out for anyone they come in for at the same time as us, but the plus in their case is they already have Kane and Son, and neither look to be going anywhere this summer now.
They didn’t beat us to Kulusevski. Kulu was discussed for this summer, Spurs went in for him hard in January while Juve was desperate for money to sign Vlahovic and got him.
