Arsenal transfers 25/26

Buendia vs City last year though.

100% true, which makes it riskier for sure… tbf none of this matters with our nihilist manager.

Love it.
Instead of comparing potential transfers based on the dross we have, we should compare them to the players who were of requisite level.

Is Bissouma as good as Vieira?

You dont know about my guy Rhymes Julius do you?

Grealish perhaps? :grinning:

If we spent our whole budget on him, it would be money well spent.
We should stop accumulating average and just get one proven top quality player.

Pardon. Why does he insist on rhyming Julius?

We’re interested in someone that the club thinks is better, and more importantly better value than Bissouma

Don’t know @persona was a good pal of his. Maybes he’ll know

It’s pretty close tbf. I really can’t fault people for going with Odegaard. I would probably go with him as well if I haven’t watched Buendia extensively.
I doubt many would be thrilled if we bought Grealish from Villa or Maddison from Norwich when they were in the Championship.

I like a couple of their players but I don’t think any player of theirs fits the profile we need in our starting lineup.

Neto?

I’d take Neves

Where does he fit? If we didn’t have Saka and Pepe I would take him but if he comes he’ll be an expensive rotational player.

I would take Moutinho is he was at Ruben’s age.
Neves is just meh. Hasn’t developed the past years. I would argue he regressed.

I agree tbh, not a nailed starter but I think he could provide good competition. Terrific form pre-injury. Not interested in anyone else from them.

Neto and Neves please

Jimenez would have been so good if it wasn’t for his injury. Very well rounded and could have taken advantage of our crossing.

Adama > Neto
