no i mean i think there will be other signings not just willian and gabriel (if we get them of course) i reckon we will sign at least 3. If rumours are to believed we are looking at a midfielder with defensive attributes hence the strong partey rumours.

So the rumours are true then. Romano is one of the most reliable guys out there and I can’t remember the last time his information was inaccurate.
Seems Coutinho isn’t happening at all then.

Given Arteta specifically requested Willian and we are not interested in Coutinho then it looks like the rumours of us just signing Kia players for the sake of it aren’t necessarily true. Arteta requested Luiz extension, he was totally on board with Soares and wanted Willian himself.

Looks like Willian is edging closer. ESPN reporting it’s a £100k pw deal, which is much better than I was expecting. Posted the article in the Willian thread too.
